Assembling
If you’re short on time, try hot gluing each leaf together instead of stitching them.
- Stitch 3 of the leaves together in this pattern. Do this 8 times.
- Stitch together 2 groups of 3 leaves. Make sure that the leaves are slightly at an angle. You Should do this 4 times.
- Stitch 2 groups of of 6 leaves together at a slight angle. You should do this twice.
- Stitch both sets of leaves together to form a circle.
- Add embellishments! I made a few tiny pom poms with white roving wool and felted them directly onto the leaves. You can decorate with whatever you have on hand.
I can’t wait to start making more crochet gift toppers & ornaments for the holidays! If you’d like to see more Christmas crochet ideas, I’m collecting a bunch of them on this Pinterest board.

Gorgeous! Thanks so much for sharing. Your pattern really puts me in the Christmas spirit! Can’t wait to try it out myself.
Thank you so much! I’d love to know how it goes!
You make it look sooo easy! Thank you for your creations!
Thank you! Someone actually told me that they will use a glue gun to make the process of attaching the leaves of the wreath even easier!
I’m think to use red beads instead of white pom poms.
I bet that will look pretty! I want to try out red or multi color wooden beads on my next wreath.
